Peugeot 106 / Citroen Saxo
We use a 106 for a track car and over the last eight years have replaced all of the panels apart from the roof with an FRP kit.
Every panel you see on the car is available (not rear spoiler or roof)
Not only does this massively reduce the weight of the car (Doors are 18kg lighter per door) but it makes it rust proof and very resistant to knocks as it does not dent, it flexes.
The Peugeot 106 and the Citroen Saxo share some of the same body panels. So this may be of interest to motor sport Saxo owners.
Our 106 is in regular use doing track days and events around Britain. It takes a beating and was built to be used this way.
If you see us out and about, be sure to say "hi".
